Home Cook Version

This is the Burrata, Peach, Basil and Balsamic Vinegar that my cousin concocted a few weeks ago.   It was a wonderful combination of aromatic flavours that blend together so masterfully.  Oh, did i mention that all the makings - except for the peach - came from Jeane's garden.   She's got a green thumb and has been teaching me gardening tips.   Thank you Jeane!
